Salary: £40,000 - 42,000 per year
Requirements- Demonstrable commercial experience of effectively working independently as a Business Analyst.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Elicitation.
- Experience of Business Process Mapping and capturing user stories.
- Experienced in overseeing UAT sessions, ensuring alignment between requirements and test scenarios.
- Experience of a variety of analysis techniques such as SWOT, Pestle MoSCoW, etc.
- A base of formal Business Analysis certification such as BCS Foundation, or evidence of working towards BCS/ISEB Diploma (or similar level of accreditation).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter, driven, and comfortable with taking responsibility for change and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think on your feet and be goal-oriented.
- Drive business goals ensuring that they are understood and documented.
- Complete robust analysis in line with the overall delivery plan.
- Engage with stakeholders and conduct analysis.
- Gather requirements ensuring robust elicitation and validation.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve existing business processes and produce necessary artefacts.
- Provide solution support and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Conduct change impact assessments among other responsibilities.
