Zealot is establishing a durable operating presence in the United Kingdom . You will own the practical work that lets a small technical team move quickly and serve customers well.

Stage Early-stage startup backed by tier 1 investors. Small, growing team with exceptionally high ownership.

• + Build the operating foundation for Zealot's UK presence across offices, vendors, recruiting, travel, and customer logistics.
• + Run high-priority projects end-to-end with clear owners, deadlines, and follow-through
• + Coordinate closely with the US team while becoming the dependable local point of contact for UK activity.
• + Create lightweight systems that preserve speed as the team and customer base grow.
• + Several years of high-ownership operations experience in a startup, technical company, or similarly demanding environment.
• + Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and written communication.
• + Ability to manage sensitive work discreetly and reliably.
• + Based in the United Kingdom with flexibility for regular in-person work and travel.

• + Experience setting up a new office, entity, or regional operation.
• + Familiarity with government, security, or regulated customer environments.
• + Experience supporting recruiting and technical customer engagements.
• + Resourceful enough to find the answer and disciplined enough to finish the work.
• + Comfortable moving between strategic projects and unglamorous operational details.
• + Someone people trust to make complicated work feel controlled.
