RAFAKidz Nurseries is seeking a Business Manager to join our Leicester head office team. Based at Atlas House with hybrid working, you will drive operational efficiency, financial sustainability and compliance across RAFAKidz nurseries, working with Nursery Managers and Regional Operations Managers.
You will lead in monitoring KPIs, improving occupancy and staffing cost controls, and supporting change periods to ensure high-quality early years education and care across the group.
