Operations Compliance Coordinator
Location:
Newcastle, Hybrid working
Pay Rate: £13.33 per hour, plus bonus
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Flexible between Monday - Friday 9am until 7pm & weekends 9am - 5pm.
- To ensure all candidate files are fully compliant based on each job category / contract compliance
- requirement.
- Follow all documented processes and compliance checklists to ensure accurate compliance as per each contract and job category.
- Responsible for delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the compliance process.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage your day effectively.
- Ensure all systems are fully updated with all activity, all comments and actions documented to provide a full
- audit history.
- Deal with customers and candidates on the telephone in a professional, calm manner
- Be passionate about people and be driven to deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.
- Achievement of required productivity levels, KPI achievement and quality output
- Responsible for your own learning, identifying any knowledge gaps to your line Manager
- Ensuring that all activity complies with all Company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment legislation
- Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpower's values and standards
- To ensure all compliant candidate files are successfully submitted to the Central Compliance Team right first time
- Any other duties which may be requested by the Operational Compliance Management
- IT literate including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook and all at intermediate / pleadvanced levels
- Able to analyse and process large amounts of data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent administration and numeracy skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Be able to work on own initiative and maintain excellent time management
- Able to work to targets and deadlines and thrive under pressure
- Can deal with high volumes of work and tight deadlines and is able to effectively prioritise without jeopardising attention to detail
