PLM Project Support Manager

We have an exciting opportunity within the PLM team at Greggs for a PLM Project Support Manager.

This is a key project delivery role, helping coordinate and deliver the PLM portfolio by managing projects, monitoring progress, driving governance, and supporting successful product launches across the business.

Working with teams across Food & Drink Development, Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Technical, Finance and Marketing, you'll provide project visibility, manage risks and dependencies, champion PLM processes, and help deliver activity at pace across Greggs.

• Lead and support allocated PLM projects by coordinating project set-up, governance, milestones, critical paths, stakeholder engagement, actions, risks, issues and escalations, ensuring projects remain on track and are delivered in line with agreed timelines and PLM processes

Maintain effective PLM governance across allocated projects by ensuring process compliance, gate readiness, accurate documentation, template control, and colleague capability development through coaching, induction, and upskilling

Produce and own PLM reporting, portfolio insights and performance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and priorities to support informed decision-making, improve delivery performance, and drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities

Own the PLM project review cycle by embedding structured project reviews, risk and change management processes, and lessons learned, ensuring insights are captured, actions are implemented, and continuous improvements are delivered to strengthen future project performance and delivery predictability

Drive continuous improvement of PLM and development ways of working by managing process changes, facilitating improvement initiatives, engaging stakeholders, embedding new practices, and tracking the delivery and effectiveness of improvement actions
