Senior Business Analyst (Consultant)

Experience: 5+ years experience

Location: Newcastle (Must be local, or willing to relocate to Newcastle)

Working pattern: Hybrid- 3 days a week in the Newcastle office

Salary: between £45k - £60k dependent on experience level.

• Leading requirements and discovery activities
• Defining analysis approaches across complex change initiatives
• Managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Supporting delivery strategy and programme outcomes
• Coaching and mentoring junior analysts
• Driving business analysis best practice

• Extensive Business Analysis experience
• Strong experience across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery
• Ability to influence business and technology decisions
• Experience leading analysis work streams or teams
• Strong data, systems and process analysis capabilities

• Extensive Business Analysis experience leading complex change initiatives
• Expertise across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience leading analysis work streams or mentoring teams
• Excellent data, process and systems analysis capabilities
• Ability to shape delivery strategy and drive business outcomes

• Salary of up to £60k dependent on experience.
