You'll play a key role in ensuring our revenue operations run efficiently, supporting everything from sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to CRM optimisation and cross-functional governance. If you're naturally curious, highly analytical, and enjoy solving complex business challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is hybrid, three days per week on-site in the Newcastle office.

Key Responsibilities What will be doing?

  • Providing insights into pipeline health and revenue performance
  • Supporting sales enablement initiatives through training, process documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver operational improvement projects
What are we looking for?

You’ll likely bring:

  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a similar analytical role
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and maintaining data quality standards

  • The ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across different functions
  • A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Why Sage?

At Sage, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we scale and grow. You'll work alongside talented colleagues across multiple functions, influence business decisions through data-driven insights, and help shape the processes that support our future success.

Here’s what your first three months could look like:
  • Month 1:
Build relationships with key stakeholders, gain an understanding of the UKIA sales organisation, CRM environment, reporting landscape and operational processes.
  • Month 2:
Take ownership of core reporting and analysis activities, begin identifying process improvement opportunities and contribute to forecasting and planning cycles.
  • Month 3:
Lead operational discussions, provide actionable insights to stakeholders and start delivering improvements that enhance sales productivity, data quality and business performance.
