This role is part of our Project Management Consultancy team, specifically within the Project Planning Team, focusing on planning complex construction projects.

Role overview

You’ll enhance the delivery of the world’s most complex projects through high-standard project planning. You’ll devise strategies and tactics to improve delivery, translate knowledge into a logic-linked plan, analyse it with planning software, and use the plan to help teams prioritise work.

Your five responsibilities

• Own the plan:
  Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure the project works to it; mitigate delays and manage commercially
• Own the outcome:
  Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan, regardless of challenges
• Report and inform:
  Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders to improve delivery
• Make scalable solutions:
  Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools with the team for long-term impact
• Develop everyone:
  Maximise personal and professional development of your team and educate clients to improve as well

Must have

• A construction engineering background with at least 2+ years of experience on construction projects
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with the ability to influence construction teams
• Leadership capabilities: proactive self-leadership and the ability to challenge others
• Impact: track record of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that positively changed projects or organisations
