Freelance Finishing Manager

Position: Freelance Finishing Manager (Contract)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

V7 Recruitment are looking for Finishing Managers to work on a high rise residential scheme in Newcastle.

Start Date- ASAP

Contract Duration- 10 months

Rate
- Negotiable
-paid via CIS or umbrella

Hours- 8AM-6PM with Saturdays on a rota basis

Ideal candidate
- Previous experience working on multi-occupancy project.
Background working in a Finishing Manager/ Finishing Foreman role.
The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Excellent subcontractor management.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate

Duties
- Effectively coordinating trades and labour on site.
Assisting Package Managers with snagging & de-snagging.
Ensuring the project is carried out to a high quality.
Health & Safety.
