A leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join its Newcastle team. With a strong national presence, the company delivers high-quality asbestos management, surveying, and analytical services to a wide-ranging client base including blue‑chip organisations, public sector bodies, education providers, and local authorities.

- Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
264 - Carrying out air monitoring including background, leak, reassurance sampling, and four‑stage clearances
- Undertaking bulk sampling and maintaining accurate site records
- Producing clear, compliant survey and analytical reports
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and members of the public
- Ensuring all work meets UKAS procedures, HSE guidance, and company standards
- Supporting long‑term client relationships through high‑quality service delivery
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or equivalent)
- Proven experience within a UKAS‑accredited consultancy
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and health & safety compliance
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
