Role Overview
A leading, Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy known for high-profile projects and long-term career progression is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate ambitions in Newcastle.
The successful candidate will be part of an international consultancy but will work within a close-knit team of 10+ on projects across the residential, office, hotel, and leisure sectors.
Day to day, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead on projects of £15m+, taking them through from inception to completion with support from Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
Qualifications- MRICS preferred
- Minimum of 6 years' Quantity Surveying experience
- Experience with in a consultancy / cost management practice
- Good pre and post contract experience, comfortable taking ownership of projects
- Experience on projects within the built environment, upward of £15m
- £55,000 - £65,000 salary
