Construction and Engineering Solicitor​/Associate

The role

The Muckle Construction, Engineering and Projects Team has a broad and varied spread of interesting and demanding projects. We act for clients based in the North East, the UK and overseas including a range of investors and funders, developers, contractors, consultants and sub-contractors.

So who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has non-contentious construction experience with a minimum of 2 years PQE and who has a keen interest in business development and developing themselves. The successful candidate should be experienced in dealing with a range of industry form contracts documents (such as NEC and JCT), professional appointments and collateral warranties.

Although the role is mainly aimed at someone with non-contentious experience, a blend of contentious and non-contentious experience may also be helpful and would certainly be considered.
