Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
AUSTIN MATLEY is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a prestigious luxury residential project in Surrey. You will drive programme, quality and health and safety performance while delivering exceptional finishes on high-end homes.
You'll coordinate subcontractors, build strong client and team relationships, and bring proven site management experience with a principal contractor. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are essential, with strong leadership and communication skills.
