We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a successful and expanding surveying firm covering the Newcastle area. Due to continued business growth, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor to join a supportive team, benefiting from remote working, leading report-writing software, and ongoing career development.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (full training provided if required)
Undertake Red Book Valuations
Produce accurate, high-quality reports using industry-leading surveying software
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the surveying process
Manage your own diary and workload efficiently while working remotely
Ensure all reports are completed to the highest professional and regulatory standards

Residential Surveyor Requirements

AssocRICS qualified (minimum)
Experience carrying out Level 2 Home Surveys
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
