Salary: £50K + bonus + full benefits package

Full-time (35 hours per week)

The Opportunity  A well-established, multidisciplinary property consultancy is looking to strengthen its Planning team with the appointment of a  Planning Consultant, Senior or Associate  (level dependent on experience).

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team working across a diverse pipeline of  residential, commercial and mixed-use developments . Youll play a key role in delivering expert planning advice while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

The Role   Managing planning applications from inception through to determination
Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base
Supporting and leading on development plan representations
Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
(Senior/Associate level) Supporting team leadership, mentoring and project oversight
About You    MRTPI chartered (essential)

Experience with in planning consultancy or a local authority environment
Strong knowledge of development management and planning policy
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Ambitious, driven and keen to be part of a growing team
