Assistant Site Manager - Cladding & Fire Remediation (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a cladding and fire remediation project on a residential development. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, assisting the Site Manager with the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of external wall remediation works.

• Support the Site Manager in the day-to-day management of site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Assist with site inspections, quality control, and snagging.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and progress reports.
• Liaise with residents, clients, and project stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Help ensure materials, labour, and plant are effectively managed throughout the project.

• Previous experience in residential construction, ideally involving cladding, façade, or fire remediation projects.
• Good knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management practices.
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project team and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Experience with Multi Vista Software an advantage
