Esh Civils in the North East is seeking a capable Civils Site Agent to take day-to-day control of on-site works across general civils schemes in Bowburn. You will enforce safety, lead site teams and ensure work delivered to project specs, quality standards and programme.
You will develop RAMS, manage subcontractors, chair weekly meetings, maintain records for ISO systems, and contribute to monthly progress reports and procurement planning.
