We’re seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full responsibility for leading on-site activities for a major construction development in Newcastle.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all site activities to ensure compliance with programme, cost, and quality objectives
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to deliver a safe and productive workplace
Ensure full adherence to health and safety regulations, implementing best practices on site
Monitor progress and resolve issues quickly to keep the project on track
Maintain accurate reporting and communication channels between the site, project management, and clients
Drive quality control, inspections, and compliance checks to achieve required specifications
Support the mentoring and development of site-based staff to maintain high performance
Must-have Requirements
Substantial experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in the construction sector
Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects to safety, quality, and time standards
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
Competent in site management systems and relevant IT tools
