Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Fawkes & Reece London is actively seeking an experienced Freelance Project / Contracts Manager to lead refurbishment, fit-out and building services projects across London and the Home Counties. The role is roving, overseeing multiple live projects and ensuring delivery to programme, quality and safety standards.
Key requirements include previous main contractor experience in refurbishment or M&E projects, excellent organisation and communication, plus valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
