Summary

We’re looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical works on a major construction development. This is a key leadership role focused on managing all MEP activities, ensuring compliance with programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives. If you have a strong background in MEP coordination and thrive in a challenging environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Client Overview

Our client is a leading construction organisation recognised for delivering technically complex projects to the highest industry standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full scope of mechanical and electrical installation works from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
  • Control budgets, resources, and schedules to meet contractual targets
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of MEP delivery
  • Ensure accurate commissioning and documentation in readiness for project handover
Must-have Requirements
  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager within construction or building services
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Demonstrable ability to manage large-scale MEP packages effectively
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and relevant compliance frameworks
