Hours of Work:
Full time
As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice on property and construction matters. Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys, preparing reports, and liaising with clients and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Base pay rangeThis range is provided by Cosey Homes Chartered Surveyors. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Building Surveyor Requirements- RICS accredited qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience in Building Surveying
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in relevant software and tools
- Competitive Salary
- £5000 Car Allowance
- £500 CPD Allowance
- RICS fees paid
- Fuel Card and Bonus
