** Responsibilities
* ** Manage and coordinate all phases of the electrical and wider MEP services project delivery cycle: pre-construction, planning, installation, testing, and commissioning
* Oversee implementation of all MEP deliverables and ensure compliance with specifications and requirements
* Coordinate with design teams to secure timely and accurate technical information for installation works
* Monitor project programmes, review progress, and ensure all works stay on schedule
* Inspect electrical installations against agreed quality plans and enforce best practice
* Maintain the highest standards of site safety and compliance at all times
* Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, design teams, and the overall project team
** Must-have Requirements
*** Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical, or an Electrical Trade background
* Strong experience (7+ years) in building services coordination, ideally with previous main contractor exposure
* Proven experience on commercial and residential projects
* Excellent IT skills and familiarity with project management tools
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
