Fit Project Manager

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum

We’re looking for a Fit Out Project Manager to oversee commercial interior and refurbishment projects from initial planning through to handover. We’re also happy to hear from an experienced Site Manager who is ready to take the next step into project management.

You’ll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to help deliver projects safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard. Projects may include retail, hospitality and workplace environments, with regular travel to sites that may be across the UK.

• Manage fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction planning to completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, procurement plans and progress reports.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and site compliance.
• Manage project costs, risks, changes and variations.
• Liaise with clients and design teams, providing clear updates throughout each project.
• Coordinate materials, equipment and specialist trade requirements.
• Manage snagging and ensure a thorough handover.
• Keep accurate project and site records.

You may already be working as a Fit Out Project Manager, or be an experienced Site Manager ready to progress into a project management role.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in commercial fit-out, shop-fitting or refurbishment.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site operations.
• The ability to read drawings, specifications and project programmes.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers or site teams.
• A sound understanding of health and safety on site.
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Relevant construction or project management qualifications, and a current site safety qualification, would be an advantage.

• Salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Full-time role based in Stratford-upon-Avon.
