We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Manager to oversee a high-volume Decent Homes planned maintenance scheme specializing in internal kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Operating in tenanted/occupied social housing properties, you will be responsible for leading teams of multi-skilled tradesmen and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of tenant satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced temporary-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to transition into a long-term permanent role with a leading main contractor.
- Operational Management:
Drive the daily kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, ensuring projects stick to strict delivery schedules and KPI targets.
