Account Executive

We’re working with an established creative and digital agency that’s looking to hire an Account Executive to join their growing client services team.

This agency partners with a wide range of brands to deliver high-impact creative, branding, digital and campaign work. They’re known for their collaborative culture, innovative thinking, and ability to produce exceptional results for their clients.

As Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of creative and digital projects. Acting as a central point of contact, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing day-to‑day communications and project requests
• Collaborating with creative, design and digital teams
• Supporting the planning and execution of campaigns and projects
• Monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Leading project meetings and status updates
• Providing progress reports to clients and senior stakeholders
• Supporting invoicing, purchase orders and budget tracking

• 2+ years’ experience in an agency or client services role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and project management ability
• Understanding of creative, design and digital delivery processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
