Job Overview

Duties
  • Organise and execute photoshoots and video recordings across diverse settings.
  • Edit photographs using programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Capture One to ensure high visual standards.
  • Produce engaging video content employing Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Maintain and operate professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere, and other relevant programs such as Final Cut Pro.
  • Skilled in photo editing techniques to enhance image quality and visual appeal.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for content optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of journalism principles related to storytelling through images and videos.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail, colour, composition, and lighting.

Salary: £27,040 per year. Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time.
