The strategist will collaborate closely to develop actionable strategies, provide hands-on guidance, and help position the influencer as an authority in these spaces.###

Deliverables Conduct a comprehensive audit of current Tik Tok and Instagram content, engagement metrics, and audience demographics. Develop a tailored content strategy to increase engagement, reach, and follower growth across both platforms. Identify and recommend content pillars that align with fashion, fashion tech, and personal branding goals. Provide actionable recommendations for optimizing posting schedules, formats, and storytelling techniques. Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to transfer knowledge and empower the influencer to implement strategies independently.

Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data and platform trends.### Requirements Demonstrated experience managing and growing personal brands on Tik Tok and Instagram, preferably in the fashion or tech sectors. Strong understanding of current social media algorithms, trends, and best practices for maximizing engagement. Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to teach and empower clients.
