A well‑known, global management consultancy is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Associate to join their end client located in Newcastle! This position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual contributor who is looking to make an impact! This position may require you to work in rotational shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-standard of customer service in a professional environment.
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and chat services ensuring all customers are valued.
- Ensure inquiries are managed promptly and in line with the service level agreement.
- Utilise general business guidelines and standards to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with a wider team, including management, to create an efficient workflow.
