This position is a fantastic opportunity for an individual contributor who is looking to make an impact! This position may require you to work in rotational shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-standard of customer service in a professional environment.
• Manage inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and chat services ensuring all customers are valued.
• Ensure inquiries are managed promptly and in line with the service level agreement.
• Utilise general business guidelines and standards to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with a wider team, including management, to create an efficient workflow.
