As a member of our Ground Operations Team at Newcastle Airport as a Passenger Service Agent
, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers at the airport.
- Create Memories:
Provide our famous friendly customer service from the moment customers arrive at the airport until they board their flight. - Be Present:
Assist customers at check‑in, issue boarding passes, verify travel documents, and support them at our self‑service kiosks. - Take Responsibility:
Follow all safety and security procedures and ensure flights depart on time. - Work as One Team:
Support colleagues and customers during disruption and delays, solve problems proactively, and communicate clearly and professionally at all times.

- Calm and focused under pressure in a fast‑paced environment and during disruption.
- Adaptable, self‑motivated, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability.
This is a physically demanding role, as you will be required to support our fast‑paced operation and will always be on the go.
What can we offer you?- Hourly rate of £12.53, plus an extra £3.13 per hour for unsociable hours (between 11:00 pm–04:59 am).

- 20-hour per week contracts available on a fixed‑term basis until November 2026.
- Rostered shifts: early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays; usual pattern is 4 shifts in a row followed by 2 rest days, but may vary to meet the operation. Extra days may be added during the season.
- Rosters are provided 4 weeks in advance.
