Role Overview And Responsibilities

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences? As a Customer Service Representative in our Microelectronics value stream, you'll become the trusted link between our customers and our cutting‑edge operations. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order management, clear communication, and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, all within a highly regulated, high‑precision environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer quotation requests, proactively manage expectations, and follow up and capture feedback.
  • Process and manage orders.
  • Track production progress and proactively keep customers informed.
  • Support the provision of documentation such as Certificates of Conformance (CoC), test reports, and compliance statements.
  • Support with issue resolutions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
