Path2 are delighted to be hiring customer service advisors for its client's home security company based in Newcastle.
Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service within an inbound team
- Dealing with customer complaints effectively
- Answer customers queries
- Assist customers regarding invoices and taking payments over the phone
- Make outbound calls when needed to update customers on their needs.
- Update information in our customers records
- Weekly pay (plus commission)

£26,133 Per annum plus commission
Shifts9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
