Operations Executive / Concierge – Luxury Travel

Remote (UK-based) | Monday to Friday, 3pm–11pm (UK time)

Join a long-established, boutique luxury travel company that designs one‑of‑a‑kind, luxury trips across the globe. With a growing client base in North America, they’re expanding their UK‑based operations support — and looking for a detail‑driven, service‑focused Operations Executive to join the business.

This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a company that believes in building meaningful relationships — with clients, suppliers, and each other — and delivering travel that feels genuinely personal.

Operations Executive/ Concierge - What will I be doing?
  • You’ll be supporting a team of experienced Luxury Travel Consultants who are based in and working with clients across North America. That includes handling bookings, managing concierge requests, and ensuring every logistical detail behind the trip runs perfectly.
  • You’ll be behind the scenes — but central to delivering a high‑touch, seamless travel experience.
  • Booking hotels, transfers, car hire and destination services
  • Handling concierge requests – including restaurants, spa bookings, and excursions
  • Preparing and finalising all travel documentation and client materials
  • Liaising with global suppliers, hotels and agent partners
  • Staying on top of every moving part to make sure nothing gets missed
Operations Executive / Concierge - What experience do I need
  • A background in travel, hospitality or concierge support is ideal
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and great at juggling multiple tasks
  • Confident communicator – verbal and written
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Someone who enjoys working independently but loves being part of a team
  • Comfortable working North American hours (Monday to Friday, 3pm–11pm UK time)
  • Happy to travel internationally on occasion, if needed
What else do I need to know?

You’ll be part of a warm, supportive and collaborative team.

The role is fully remote (UK‑based), working closely with the North American team and client base working Monday to Friday 3pm – 11pm

You’ll work with beautiful destinations, premium suppliers, and a company that takes pride in everything they do.
