CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT – NEWCASTLE STATION (FIXED TERM UNTIL 29/09/26)

Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour.

Hours
:
Part Time (20 hours) with the possibility of additional hours.

Shifts
:
Sunday 2:30 pm‑9:30 pm, Monday 12 pm‑7:30 pm, Tuesday 7 am‑2 pm (with the possibility of overtime).

Eligibility: Due to some responsibilities within the Customer Service Assistant role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

• Operating delivery equipment for train‑side deliveries (full training provided).
• Loading/offloading catering equipment/stock from TPE trains.
• Order assembly and stock control.
• Comply with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
