Position: On-Site Customer Service Advisor — Flexible Hours & Training
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Orangebox Training Solutions in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a full-time Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will engage with customers to troubleshoot issues, solve queries, and guide them through product features.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a flexible shift pattern. A £11.48 hourly rate is offered, and a 5-day training course is part of the onboarding process.
