Salary: £12.60 per hour

As a Spa Receptionist you will:
  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
  • Support the smooth running of the spa reception, ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience.
  • Be the point of contact for individuals and large groups booking spa services, providing great customer experience at all times.
  • Be familiar with all products and services of the spa ensuring customers are provided with correct and up-to-date information always.
  • Ensure health and safety in the Spa by following processes and procedures.
Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive team player who brings:

  • At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer care instincts
    , with a calm and efficient approach to problem-solving
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems
  • A flexible attitude to working weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota
  • Initiative and professionalism
    , with a helpful attitude at all times
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification desirable
