Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Tate is looking for a full-time Customer Experience professional near Potters Bar, offering a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office and 2 days from home. The role involves managing customer enquiries and order processing, ensuring high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will have proven customer service experience and excellent communication skills. In addition to competitive pay of £16.95 per hour, benefits include holiday pay and an Employee Assistance Programme.
