37.5 Hours per Week
Overtime: 1.5x Standard Rate | Double Time Available
I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join a well-established financial services operation supporting customers with personal loan account enquiries.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll be handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate customer records, and delivering a high standard of service while working towards team KPIs and service levels.
What we're looking for:- Previous Call Centre / Contact Centre experience
- Strong Customer Service background
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Experience working to KPIs and performance targets
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Financial Services or Banking experience
- Personal Loans experience
- Customer Records Management
- GDPR awareness
Happy to work fully onsite in Newcastle Upon Tyne
Able to attend a face-to-face interview
Comfortable working a 37.5-hour rotating shift pattern
Available to work shifts between 8am–8pm Monday to Friday and 9am–6pm Saturday & Sunday as part of a planned rota
