Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

HSBC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Newcastle upon Tyne to provide exceptional service by meeting customers’ transactional and service requests. You will be involved in educating customers on self-service devices and our digital platforms.

Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and take ownership of customer enquiries while working in a dynamic team environment. Full training is provided, requirements include the ability to work 35 hours per week, with holidays and perks offered.
