Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Dataminr UK is looking for a Customer Success Manager to expand the adoption of Dataminr First Alert. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of account management experience, particularly in the public sector, and professional fluency in Italian and Spanish. Responsibilities include driving customer success, developing relationships, and collaborating with Account Executives.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to execute multiple projects independently. Travel is necessary, and candidates must be eligible for security clearance.
