Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Scottish Federation of Housing Associations is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the delivery of its Customer Service Strategy. This role based in the Glasgow area involves ensuring that every customer experiences outstanding service across all channels.

The manager will collaborate with teams to leverage customer insights, develop high-performing teams, and advocate for digital transformation to improve customer journeys.

Salary for this full-time, permanent position ranges from £58,490 to £61,462, based on a 35-hour work week.
