600, our showroom hosts are the first impression of our brand — professional, welcoming, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will handle all incoming calls and greet visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service and professionalism.

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring they feel attended to and comfortable while on site.
• Manage incoming calls promptly and efficiently, connecting callers to the relevant person or department in line with brand standards.
• Use email and database systems to accurately record and distribute messages.
• Monitor the switchboard and outgoing calls to track enquiry levels and maintain smooth communication.
• Support customers and visitors on‑site, including offering refreshments and assistance where appropriate.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence over the phone and in person.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and professional, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
• A customer‑first mindset, always striving to deliver service above expectations.
