Verisure is hiring a Retentions Advisor in Newcastle to join their customer care team. The role involves making outbound calls to retain existing customers, managing high-level complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a call centre environment.
The position requires excellent communication skills, confidence in handling complaints, and a strong customer-oriented approach. Starting salary is £24,000, progressing to £26,000, with uncapped commission potential of up to £50,000 OTE.
