Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and enjoy keeping things organised? We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the Liberation Wholesale team and play a key role in supporting our customers and our busy office.
At Liberation Group, we're an award-winning business with a passion for great drinks, outstanding service, and creating exceptional experiences for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our friendly Customer Service team, working 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday
.
- Providing excellent customer service by handling customer queries and resolving complaints.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Promoting and upselling our product range where appropriate.
- Updating Excel order sheets for customers and Account Managers.
- Processing and posting customer credits.
- Working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Supporting the team with general office administration.
- Have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with people at all levels.
- Are confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Have a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Can confidently negotiate, resolve issues and find practical solutions.
- Are organised, proactive and enjoy working as part of a team.
