Customer Service Administrator

Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and enjoy keeping things organised? We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join the Liberation Wholesale team and play a key role in supporting our customers and our busy office.

At Liberation Group, we're an award-winning business with a passion for great drinks, outstanding service, and creating exceptional experiences for our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our friendly Customer Service team, working 20 hours per week across Monday to Friday

• Providing excellent customer service by handling customer queries and resolving complaints.
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Promoting and upselling our product range where appropriate.
• Updating Excel order sheets for customers and Account Managers.
• Processing and posting customer credits.
• Working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Supporting the team with general office administration.

• Have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with people at all levels.
• Are confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Have a professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Can confidently negotiate, resolve issues and find practical solutions.
• Are organised, proactive and enjoy working as part of a team.
