Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Informa Festivals is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London to drive adoption and value of the LIONS Intelligence portfolio for agencies, brands and media owners in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with the Account Management team to onboard clients and train them in our product suite.
The role focuses on increasing product usage, renewals and cross-sell opportunities, with daily engagements by meetings, calls, and workshops to prove value.
