The Customer Support Specialist will be the first point of contact for clients contacting the Help Desk for our SaaS product, providing timely, accurate support and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
You will update CRM with client feedback, maintain product knowledge, and work with multiple teams to identify and implement improvements while handling a high volume of tickets and communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
