Citizens Advice Newcastle is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Customer Services Adviser to join our busy team based in Newcastle City Library.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide a welcoming reception service, manage appointments, respond to enquiries and support the smooth delivery of our advice services. You will also provide administrative support to staff and volunteers, maintain accurate records and help ensure clients receive excellent service.

We are looking for someone with:
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong administrative and IT skills.
