Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Rapport is seeking a Mobile Front of House Ambassador to cover prestigious corporate workplaces across Scotland and Newcastle. You will deliver a welcoming guest experience at reception, concierge and lobby areas, on-site helpdesk support, and collaborate with client teams to ensure smooth journeys for visitors and colleagues.
This full-time role requires a minimum of one year in customer-facing roles, excellent English, and flexibility to work shifts Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
