Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
LEGO Group is seeking seasonal Customer Service Advisors to support fans during our peak season. This fixed-term contract runs until 31 January 2027 with multiple start dates between June and September.
Hybrid work allows up to three days remote after training, with full induction and in-person onboarding. You will respond to LEGO fans worldwide in English and German, handling orders, returns, digital experiences and product information.
