Front of House​/Concierge​/Customer Service Receptionist

Location: Newcastle City Centre
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week (3 x 8-hour shifts)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (rota basis)
Contract: Temporary initially with the potential to become permanent

We are recruiting for a professional, friendly and customer-focused Front of House / Concierge Receptionist to join a prestigious city-centre location in Newcastle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer-facing professional who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service to visitors, guests, tenants and clients. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the building and will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for everyone entering the premises.

The role is initially temporary but offers the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right person.

• Providing a professional and welcoming reception service to visitors, tenants and guests.
• Acting as the first point of contact both in person, by telephone and via email.
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and maintaining security protocols.
• Handling enquiries efficiently and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
