Job status:
Hybrid, 2 days a week in office
Working hours:
37.5 h per week, Mon-Fri (8am-4pm / 8.30am-4.30pm/ 9am - 5pm)

Main responsibilities:- Supporting day-to-day operations of the customer service team, coordinating assignments, and maintaining high service quality.
- Providing an administrative support to Order Management team.
- Resolving issues relating to order receipt through to delivery for both Customers and Sales.
- Acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally.
- Liaising internally with other stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining excellent external customer relationships with some of our longest standing retail partners.
- Developing and building understanding of robotic order management processes, including executing and monitoring robotic processes to meet business needs.
- Using SAP to manage customer data, track orders, update service requests, and order processing.
- Verifying data accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded properly within the system.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Previous Customer Service/ Office Administration experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- SAP - basic knowledge.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Acute attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work to required timings and deadlines and respond to urgent issues as needed.
